Account Manager

On Time Engineers is searching for an Account Manager for our client located in Eindhoven. Are you an Account Manager with focus on the European market (with an emphasis on Netherlands) and would you like to be the point of contact for your customer portfolio? About the position

Due to the strong growth of the organization of our client we are searching for an Account Manager for the existing (international) customers. In this role, with a strong focus on the European market (with an emphasis on Netherlands), you are the point of contact for your customer portfolio. The customers are expecting a sparring partner, and advisor and therefore our client expects optimum customer satisfaction and the further development of these existing accounts.

In addition, you closely follow market developments and to be able to translate customer wishes perfectly into suitable offers, you take into account applicable guidelines and regulations. You think along with pricing strategies and know how to substantiate this in a convincing way with your customers. You are a connector by nature and know how to manage expectations correctly. Of course our client also expect you to achieve your commercial goals by initiating the right activities. You discuss technical challenges and the progress of the projects with your colleagues from the project office.

Your other duties as an Account Manager include:

Maintaining and further developing customer relationships (by telephone, video calls and visits);
Advising the customer in the field of materials, product groups and/or services;
Making analyzes and providing reports at customer level;
Drawing up a Sales Plan in collaboration with the Manager Sales EU Accounts;
Elaborating, issuing and following up on quotations with input (calculation) from the project office.


What are our requirements?

A Higher educational (Bachelor) working and thinking level, preferably commercial / technical education;
At least 3 years of Account Management experience or similar;
Sales experience in a technical (production) environment;
Good command of MS Office and ERP systems;
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
