About the position

As an IT Support Officer you will be responsible for the functioning of ICT systems, software and hardware. You will act as first-line support for users, solving acute problems and referring to external parties where necessary. Your activities will also consist of;

Co-responsibility for functioning ICT systems and networks;
Co-responsibility for optimizing the ICT systems;
First contact for users when ICT problems arise;
Makes improvement suggestions and carries responsibility for standard of optimal company processes;
Making proposals for improvement and taking care of standards for optimal company processes.

Job requirements?

MBO+ working and thinking level in an area of ICT system maintenance;
Good command of both the English and Dutch language;
Strong affinity with IT, Hardware and systems like Office, Windows AD and SharePoint;
1+ years of experience in a similar position.
