About the position and your tasks

Our client is a leading company, committed to delivering high-quality products and services to their high demanding customers. To proceed this, we are searching for a dedicated Quality Engineer to join their Quality team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that products meet and exceed the established quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, focusing on continuous improvement and maintaining a high level of product quality.


Key Responsibilities are

Conduct quality assessments of products at various stages of the production process;
Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations;
Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions;
Participate in the development and improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies;
Handling internal and external quality related complaints;
Assist in the development of quality documentation, including work instructions, checklists, and reports;
Perform internal and accompany external audits to monitor and assess process adherence to quality standards;
Participate in problem-solving efforts and support process improvement projects;
Communicate quality-related issues and provide regular reports to clients, suppliers and management.


Your team

The Quality team consists of Quality Control, two Quality Engineers, a QHSE Coordinator, a QC Team leader and the Quality Manager. There is a daily kick-off and a team meeting every other week. Your first 100 days it is important you will get to learn the organization, the processes and maintain documents and files.


Job requirements

Multiple years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Engineering or a similar position is a big plus;
Strong understanding of operations, quality management principles like ISO9001, PDCA;
Proficiency in using quality control tools;
Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards;
Effective communication skills and can work under high pressure;
Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring product quality;
Certification in Lean manufacturing is a big plus.

Furthermore, you work accurate and according to structure. Problem-solving and analytically skilled. You have strong social skills and are driven by facts and data.

DIRECT contract with our client with an attractive salary (max. € 4000,- per month excluding holiday allowance);

Their Service Centre ensures that, wherever in the world re-usable packaging is collected, cleaned and repaired to new condition. They do this for global players in the semiconductor-, electronics-, aerospace-, medical industries and machine building.
