On Time Engineers is searching for an experienced Scrum Master / DevOps for our client located in Eindhoven. About the position

As Scrum Master / DevOps System Engineer you have a wide range of tasks. The current Software and Firmware teams design, implement and maintain a suite of multiplatform LED driver controls and software tools. Several (Angular/C# based) desktop/web apps, a database centered tooling ecosystem, various lighting control protocols (C) and real time hardware control (assembler) to name a few. The ever-expanding set of features and tools serves a variety of users including lighting designers, internal R&D and production cells.

As Scrum Master / DevOps System Engineer you have a wide range of tasks which consists of:

Lead both teams, Software and Firmware (6 + 3 FTE) into agile development using Azure DevOps;
Add missing products to the existing CI / CD environment;
Perform daily Scrum Master role for both teams (coach people where necessary);
Empower people and create a great team spirit.

 

Job requirements

Preferably a Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent by experience;
Minimum of 7 years of experience in an Agile software development environment (or several years as a Scrum Master and/or PO);
Experience with a variety of programming languages (C#, C, C++);
Experience with DevOps;
Eager learner (Acuity PDS processes) with a hands-on attitude;
Team player with leadership skills;
Strong communication skills in English and Dutch;
Experience with Firmware Development and hardware interaction is a plus;
Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, etc. is a plus;
Experience with automated system testing in application software and firmware domain is a plus;
Affinity with Product Owner and/or -Manager roles is a plus.
