About the position

Our client develops, builds, and sells industrial-scale Spatial Atomic Layer Deposition (S-ALD) equipment which enables their customers (the world’s leading Electrolyzer, Green Hydrogen, Battery, and Display companies) to manufacture state-of-the-art electrolyzers, next-generation batteries, and displays.
We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Manager of Projects & Procurement to oversee all aspects of procurement activities and manage various projects within the organization. Your tasks and responsibilities

Creating a procurement-driven mindset throughout the organization;
Take the lead and own the Projects you will be assigned to;
Bringing constant focus and financial results in challenging the ‘status quo’ in activities (challenge the suppliers, challenge the methods of procurement, challenge the types and composition of the suppliers);
Constantly reviewing & enlarging the supplier portfolio;
Finding new technologies & innovations that can improve our clients service;
Implement all of the above in a smooth way together with the various internal and external stakeholders;
Setting up and maintaining the right follow-up tools to monitor the supplier portfolio and procurement activities.

Your profile and skills

Project management skills and tactical & strategic decision-making based on data;
Having a strong affinity with mechanical machine technology is a plus;
Educated to a minimum of Bachelor level or equivalent;
Strong personality and team spirit with a Hands-on Mentality;
Good knowledge of MS Office computer packages;
Have very good working knowledge of English, Dutch is a plus.

Our client offers

DIRECT contract with our client together with an attractive salary;
8% holiday allowance;

Travel allowance € 0.23 ct. per km with a max. of 30 km one way;
50% pension contribution by the employer and 50% by the employee;
